CapitalRoot provides funding-readiness, advisory, matching, workflow, and related technology services. CapitalRoot is not a lender and does not make final credit or approval decisions.

No guarantee of funding

Readiness scores, eligibility indicators, matches, scenarios, recommendations, and advisory content do not guarantee approval, funding, rates, terms, or lender outcomes.

Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding account credentials, and using the service only for lawful purposes. Users may not attempt to bypass security, access another person's data, or misuse financial information.

Third-party services

CapitalRoot may integrate with third-party providers, including data, identity, banking, credit, analytics, communications, or funding services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately.

Intellectual property

CapitalRoot and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, models, workflows, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, subject to applicable agreements.

AI and automated assistance

AI-generated explanations or recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as lender decisions or professional legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice.

Limitation and suspension

CapitalRoot may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect security, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce applicable agreements.

Changes

These terms may be updated as products and services evolve. Contracted customers may also be subject to a separate signed agreement or order form.
